The Senior Supply Chain Analyst position will have the responsibility for supporting the Supply Chain department’s planning, forecasting, analytics and management reporting areas. The position will lead the development and maintenance of key metrics and analysis associated with our sourcing strategy, customer experience, procurement, Supply Chain planning, warehousing, and distribution. The position will also lead the S&OP process as well as internal reporting and analysis needs.



  • Assist with the development and tracking of key performance indicators for Supply Chain and other business functions. This will include KPI’s surrounding costs, inventory, on-time shipments, and other company metrics and Supply Chain-related departmental metrics.
  • Assist with the development of internal reporting for Supply Chain related issues and S&OP-related items.
  • Create and maintain weekly and/or monthly dashboards, as well as internal performance scorecards.
  • Serve as one of the department subject matter experts for ERP Planning Systems (specifically Sage X3 & SAP), Demand Planning systems (specifically SmartForecast & JDA), BI, and other Supply Chain related software.
  • Provide recommendations for Continuous Improvement to all aspects of the supply chain, including software, tools, and processes
  • Coordinate the analytics and improvement for vendors, suppliers, and customers to support business optimization. This includes scorecards for suppliers, customers, and ourselves
  • Where necessary, develop Supply Chain-related standard operating procedures and training documents to assist in day-to-day operations.
  • Update and ensure all documentation and procedures are recorded in Policy Tech.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow all company safety rules in performing job duties.



Bachelor’s Degree is required – Supply Chain or Business Related fields are required. Minimum five (5) years of experience is required, with a minimum three (3) years of SAP experience being essential. A background in analysis is required, and experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.  



Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.


OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must be computer literate. Must be highly proficient in the Microsoft suite, SAP, and SmartForecast, with experience in business intelligence systems preferred. Ability to read and write VBA and SQL code preferred. Must have an attention to detail, including a thorough process of review and quality checking all key deliverables.



Strong analytical logic is a must. Thorough knowledge of general accounting theory is a plus.
