Territory to include: Indiana, Western KY, Tennessee, Southern Missouri, and Southern Illinois. The ideal candidate will be based within a major city within the territory.
SUMMARY: The Regional Account Manager is accountable for meeting the targeted sales growth goals for assigned accounts. This position is also responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities for assigned accounts and/or regions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must possess strong negotiation skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures. Ability to write reports and business correspondence, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of the customer’s organization and with TIC’s management and departments.
Frequent contact in the field with the customers resolving their problems, creating and presenting various types of presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts as well as providing solutions and product recommendations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point), salesforce.com or other CRM experience a strong plus.
Up to 80% travel by plane and/or car spent per week traveling to assigned accounts.
