TITLE:  Global Digital Learning Program Manager

LOCATION: Bridgewater, NJ or Westchester, IL

REPORTS TO:  Director, Digital Learning and Development 

As a Global Digital Learning Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day lead on project focused on learning systems implementations, e.g. Workday LMS or other content management systems. Ensure that work stream members and other key stakeholders delivers as planned so that overall goals are met on time and within budget
• Leads learning administrators globally to ensure a high quality user experience and provide data and reporting to gauge effectiveness
• Partners with leadership in helping to define content roadmap and priorities
• Coordinates LMS system preferences and works with LMS System Administrator to define design requirements
• Works with functional and business SMEs dining standards, process and governance for developing and uploading content to LMS

• Assist in developing best-in-class content suitable to drive business needs through working with digital Instructional Designers and coordinating procurement of external content, where necessary.

• Scans the marketplace for new technologies and learning tools and content that have application for the deployment of technical and broader digital learning at Ingredion
• Works to ensure implementation is fully user tested before go live from systems standpoint
• Advises digital learning community on the viability of various digital learning options
• Deploys externally procured digital learning content based on needs assessment
• Uploads and assigns global content. Manages catalog of content to ensure relevant and current.

 The Account Manager position is well-suited for you if you have: 

• Experience in using Learning Management Systems and other technologies to drive curriculum deployment and user adoption.
• Familiarity with range of digital learning alternatives and tools available

Qualified Candidates will have:

• 5-7 years' experience in working with technical professionals globally to identify learning needs linked to the execution of company strategy
• Ability to lead global implementation of an LMS and other learning technologies on a global basis
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
